So, if it's THEIR association and money, then why don't THEY participate in funtions, surveys, classes, community services? How do we as AEs help THEM take advantage of what THEIR association has to offer?
Cindy, I had the pleasure of attending the session here in Florida where Carolyn presented all of her tips for success in this business. I still think about her "it’s all about the donuts" comment every day. I think what she was getting at was that transparency in financial matters is critical when you are basically "counting" and distributing someone else’s money, which is so true. All things aside, it is their association, and their money.
