When it is the famous person ...

Wrote earlier how many share names with famous people. When seeing a famous name on my association's banquet guest list, the potential it's the real celebrity didn't cross my mind. But there he was. Decided not to go over and act star-struck or announce it from stage, but wanted to. What would you do if a famous person was at a random table at your banquet?

I'd try to treat him/her like any other attendee, most likely. I don't know what I'd do if other attendees started bugging him/her for autographs or whatever, though.

Good question!b

The hotel that just hosted our event had a professional baseball team staying there that night. What they do is put a sign up whenever a celebrity is staying there. It states that all guests must refrain from requesting any photographs or autographs from other high profile guests.
