Find the person who makes you say yes

A fundraiser for a major political program said something today that I believe sums up how we can effectively recruit the best volunteers; and how we can effectively raise money: Find the person who makes them say yes. That's the one who needs to ask.

We all have those people in our lives and in our careers. We don't say no to them because we don't want to say no to them. Whatever the ask is.
